Pang Da Group won the great honor of ranking 152th in top 500 of China enterprises and 53th in top 500 of China service enterprises in the year of 2011

On the forenoon of September 3, Top 500 of China Enterprises News Conference i.e. China big enterprises summit hosted by China Association of Enterprises and China Entrepreneur Association mainly, and undertook by the People's Government both of Sichuan and Chengdu partly, was held in Chengdu city. Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd won the ranking of 152th in the Top 500 of China enterprises relying on operation revenue of 53.77439 billion, and 53th in Top 500 of China service enterprises at the same time, increasing 29 ranks and 10 ranks respectively compared with last year. AnShundong, general manager assist of Pang Da Group, attended the meeting and accepted the award on behalf of the company. This is the 10th name list of Top 500 of China enterprises released by China Association of Enterprises and China Entrepreneur Association to the public successively, and also the 7th time for Pang Da Group to be a candidate since they participated in this campaign in 2005.
In 2010, Pang Da Group sold cars over 470 thousand accumulated yearly, up 30% over the same period of last year, and 7 percentages higher than national average; sales revenue demonstrated a 50% year-on-year increase, and 20% of profit over last year. 20 trademarks such as Subaru, Lzw, Liberate, Etx, Shanxi Automobile, Chongqing Automobile, Dong Feng Ba Long, Rui Wo, Chery, Hyundai, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW mazda, Dongfeng Yueda Kia, Dongfen Honda, Ha Fei, FAW-Jia Bao, Geo, Caravan, Dongfeng Autonomous Aeolus, Fiat etc, subordinated to Pang Da Group ranked the first in sales volume nationwide. Beyond that, sales volume of three heavy trucks such as Etx, Liberate and Shanxi Automobile excessed ten thousand; followed with Subaru and Chery, sales volume of Kia surmount 20 thousand, and Hyundai also approach 20 thousand; sales volume of Lzw make a break through of 100 thousand; profit of three filiales of Zhangjiakou, Chengde, Baoding ranked the first three of company respectively; Subaru achieved preferable profit on the tough background that JPY exchange rate keep high; all big areas of , Liberate Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Hyundai, and Chery hit an all-time high.
In 2010, brand operating management units of Pang Da Group focused on the theme of "encounter meeting year" closely, carried out network great battle, service great battle, skills great battle and integration great battle in a deep-going way, all economic indicators achieved a better new high; 200 4s shops started in succession, the number of which amounts to the total of the past ten years. By the end of June 2011, Pang Da Group established 1095 marketing branches in 23 provinces, cities and municipalities of China and Mongolia, 1347 branch offices, subsidiaries and embranchments of subsidiaries, among which 836 automobile exclusive shops (468 4S shops), 259 all kinds of auto markets. Cars and engineering machinery brands marketable of the company reach 89, covering a majority brands at present, shaping an automobile marketing network of reasonable layout, well-appointed trademark, and high-quality service.
On April 28, 2011, Pang Da Group was initial public offered Class A Shares to Shanghai Stock Market, becoming the first automobile trade group landed in Shanghai Share A by means of IPO, and the listed company with the biggest market value among the international automobile marketing business listed companies, the maximum amount of financing by IPO among China private enterprises.
Pang Da Group achieved a breakthrough in high-end brands, with the network developing rapidly in 2011. At first, it imported brands of AstonMartin, Land Rover, and Jaguar. Recently, AstonMartin has only three branches in China, but Pang Da strove for four at a time successively; Land Rover, and Jaguar will also start selling shops in Yulin, Shanxi. Secondly, signed a Sales Agency Agreement with Korea SsangYong Motor in China region, which will set up agency companies in 21 areas such as Beijing, Tianjing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Hebei, Nei Monggol, Sinkiang, Tibet, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shanxi, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, etc. Act on behalf of SsangYong Motor will copy the mode of SUBARU, making full use of right of sales of SsangYong, and realizing a vigorous growth of SsangYong in China. Pang Da Group has built up Pang Da SsangYong Motor Sales Co., Ltd already, to deal with SsangYong Motor business specially. Thirdly, signed a contract with Sabb to obtain the dealership; and the China general agency of Brabus Mercedes-Benz"first-class cabin".
In addition, Pang Da Group also won the dealership of Mercedes-Benz Coach in Tibet, Sinkiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu, Shanxi, Hebei, and Beijing. At the same time, dealership of brands such as Audi and Lexus also made breakthrough; Audi started shops in Tangshan, Cangzhou, Xi'an, Chengde, Baotou, Chenyang, and Jinan successively, and Lexus in Beijing and Daqing. Top grade brand made groundbreaking development, laying a solid foundation for developing in the future of two to three years. Experts related in automobile circulate field said, Pang Da Group now in the rapid development period of network expanding and product high-end improving, whose sales volume will grow and after-sale service business income double benefit from share of the market increasing in the future. Expert believes that our automobile distributive trades now stays in the elementary phrase, and development mode of extension will be one of the important approaches of rapid grow in strength of auto dealers. Pang Da Group now is in the stage of extension development of expanding network and adjusting structure, of which external spread will lay a solid foundation for connotative development finally. Sales decline of domestic automobile manufactures establishes a favorable groundwork for Pang Da Group to expand. Since the concentration ratio of automobile marketing business is low now, many dealers of small size bear a heavy capital pressure, which will easier to purchase. Secondly, on the rough background, company starting new shops meets smaller competitive pressure. In the future, China automobile market will get its breath speed up, which means more difficult for new company to develop rapidly, therefore, contradictorily trading expansion of Pang Da Group will establish great foundation for its growth in the near future.
Pang Qinghua, Chairman and General Manager of Pang Da Group shared that sales revenue of the first half year of the company group reached 26.8 billion, up 2.3% over the same period of last year; selling profit amounted 410 million; taxes turned over came up to 870 million, showed a 58.2% year-on-year increase, and 39 subordinated units accomplished annual profit task in only half a year. Pang Da group became candidate of China enterprises Top 500 seven times at present, with ranks in China enterprises Top 500 and China service enterprises Top 500 have an obvious promotion, showing a great speed and strength in developing fully. In 2011, Pang Da Group will develop over 400 marketing sites, 10% up in speed than the year of 2010, reaching an historical peak over the past years.
